About Us

Kind Hands Caring Services is a small, family run, independent care company, established since 2006 providing high quality home care to residents in their own homes within the local area. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission who regulate and inspect our services and are members of the UK Home Care Association.

We understand that being able to stay at home can make a huge difference to both mental and physical well-being. Our aim is to assist our clients to remain at home as long as possible. Through our experience we have come across most situations and have built a loyal team of trained care professionals who take pride in delivering a quality service. We are very flexible as to when and what care we can provide and we tailor each package of care to meet the clients’ specific needs, whether it is short term or long term.

We provide care 365 days of the year whatever the weather.
As a company we pride ourselves on the calibre of our staff. All of our staff have enhanced DBS checks carried out on them before being employed by us. They are regularly spot checked and supervised during their working day to ensure we are continually providing quality care. We aim for all of our staff to have obtained a QCF, Qualification and Credit Framework Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Testimonial from a clients daughter:

On 21st September at 100 years old Phyllis’ time on this earth came to an end. To her carers she was affectionately known as ‘Phylly’. Words cannot fully express my gratitude to the ‘girls’ from Kind Hands Caring Services, and especially to Sandra who was particularly special to her. The ‘girls’ always treated her with professionalism and gentleness, respecting her dignity, encouraging her to eat and drink and ensuring that she was always clean and tidy. The concern they had for me, the support they gave me personally, and the burden they took off my shoulders was immeasurable
